Step Nozzle 67
The Step Nozzle 67 was designed for one job: getting the most out of the XX-Mod, the ZERO Cap Alignment and the ROTO hop-up chamber when you run them together. Its length is optimized for ROTO, so the nozzle reaches exactly where the chamber needs it. Nothing to adapt, nothing to guess.
So why a step? A standard nozzle pushes the BB with a flat front. The BB can sit a little differently every time it loads, and air can escape around it. The name of this step nozzle tells you the shape: 6 mm at the tip, then it steps up to 7 mm. The 6 mm front guides the BB into place. The step closes tighter against the inner O-ring of the ROTO.
What does that mean on the field? Three things. Better BB positioning, because every BB sits in the same spot before the shot. A better air seal between the nozzle and the ROTO, so less air is lost on the way. And less mid-cap syndrome: fewer of the feeding and consistency problems many players get with mid-cap magazines. Put together, you get more consistent shots from your HPA engine.
The body is made of POM, a strong and low friction engineering plastic. It is a common choice for airsoft nozzles because it moves smoothly and holds its shape shot after shot.
The Step Nozzle 67 gives its best with the full MechLabs setup, but it is not locked to it. It also works with other XX-Mod and hop-up chamber setups. If you run your XX-Mod with a different chamber and your BBs are not sitting right, this nozzle is a simple place to start.
Important Note: the Step Nozzle 67 is made for XX-Mod setups and is not compatible with AEGs. The O-ring is not included. Use the O-ring from your current nozzle.
